This is two twin brothers starting their first year of high school. Due to the fact that they're identical twins, they have the same name, and no guardians to oppose the idea, they enter the school as one person named Ethan. They come up with a plan to make this idea work, this includes alternating school days among other things. They decide to call this plan The Focus Effect.
