Maria has always been more in tune with herself than most. When her roommate Ramones past catches up with him and he has to run, she is unable to pay her rent, she decides to travel. Not just any kind of travel. She wants to experience the world from a new perspective. She drops everything and sells all she owns. With only a suitcase full of clothes and 200$ to her name she travels across the USA meeting people of all kinds, experiencing rough patches and doing odd jobs to keep an income.
