They say you can learn a lot from a book, but no book has taught me how to be a regular teenager. No book has taught me how to comfortably balance a social life and school, not to mention work. And no book has ever taught me how to successfully reel in a boy and keep him. But people...people can teach you things in ways books cannot. So when Diego Ruiz has to live in my house for a month because he's not trusted enough to stay alone at his own, I learn quite a lot from him, more than any book I've ever gotten my hands on.

The Bad Boy's Journal

40 parts Complete

"Have we met before?" Those were the words that seemed to echo through the very depths of our souls. Elena Smith is your typical high-school girl. No, she does not like the spotlight. In fact, she prefers to take the quieter route with much less drama and less people. Her number one enemy is betrayal, wounds may heal but that doesn't mean the scar won't be there. Everybody has a chapter they don't read out loud, everybody is fighting a battle that you know nothing of. Why were people so quick to judge her? None of this matters now for she's stronger, she rose from hell but nonetheless that doesn't mean the pain doesn't come back from time to time. "Smile through the tears." That's what she has been telling herself throughout the years. Diego Matthews, hah! Your typical bad boy, player, womanizer and manwhore... or so you may assume. Was he always like this? Is there a reason that triggered all this insensitivity? Is he fighting a battle nobody knows of? Could she be the one to see the light in him? Will they remember that she was his light a few years back when all he saw was pitch black? People change, but they will soon realise that they have a tied up past. It wasn't their fault, of course. Simply the cause of their suffering... Will they be able to break down each other's walls completely? Lord knows how high they built them. Highest: #67 hilarious
