"Rosaline Judith Miller! Don't you dare walk away!" I turned around slowly at Rick's harsh voice. "Don't walk away from Carl. Or Judith." He was about to say something, but didn't.

I started to turn around, but I felt something grab my arm. In an instant I felt hands on each side of my face and soft lips on mine. We stayed like this for a few minutes. When are lips parted he lied his forehead on mine.

"Or me." He said quietly.

He grabbed my bags and walked back into the prison, leaving me standing there in complete and utter shock. I saw Carl walk out of the prison and hugged me.

"Please don't leave, Rosaline." He begged. "Your like my mom. Judith is calling you mom now. I don't want to lose my best friend... my..... mom." He said still hugging me.

I backed away, and bent down to about his height. I put my hand under his chin and lift his face. A big smile went across my face. He had the most confused look on his face. It made me laugh slightly.

"I'm not going anywhere." He had the biggest smile on his face and so did mine.

Out of nowhere one of the guard towers was up in flames and me and Carl where on the ground. Everyone came out of the prison and to the fence. I stood up pulling Carl with me. When I looked down I saw a bunch of men, a tank, and..... The Governor.
