The way the Nephilim describe the Shadow World is by saying 'All the Legends are true'. But that's not entirely true. Or is it?
Alec doesn't believe in the fabled Downworlders. They're just myths in story books. Tales about bloodthirsty Vampires to scare children. Stories of Werewolves to keep the Children of Angel's inside on a full moon. Fictional Faeries to keep the Shadowhunter's away from attractive Mundanes (not that that stopped Jace). No-one believes these stories are true. Especially not Alec.
Yet.
