THE NEW DECLARATION:

1) All low class children must be tagged at birth any child without a tag will be put under government surveillance.

2)Healthy young girls at the ripe age of 16 is to report to the auction house any girl failing to appear will have to be detained in an alternative fashion.

3) all approved girls will be put up for Y.I.W( young individual wife)

4) Each girl is given a number and that number matches a set of keys of the there new home where there husband and family will be waiting.

5)Any girl that isn't in accord with the law will be detained in accordance to Y.I.W's regulations.

Ribnie nyla Aiims is a good girl she follows rules with being the middle child. She was born in poverty and despair.her 2 other sisters and parents barely make it through the month with little left over for food. but none the less she is kind and loves kids and a hopeless romantic.
