Over a dozen kids have gone missing. When six year old Ethan asked his older sister if she would save him, she said yes without hesitation. Than he is kidnapped, and his older sister Phebe is determined to keep her promise. The kidnapper wasn't as careful as he thought he was. His mistake; Phebe already lost her mom and she won't lose Ethan too. Phebe's dad, head of police may not have a lead but Phebe does and she will follow it, even if it leads to her own destruction.
