Thisbe Williams or Bee as people know her, enjoys keeping to herself, reading, playing the piano or just acknowledging that if she works hard she will ensure herself a safe future. However "safe" is not a word widely used in Hunter Brown's dictionary. He's confident, arrogant and charming as well as impossibly stubborn and persistent which usually means he gets what he wants. Not to mention he's the lead singer of the school band (The Heart Breakers) and the most popular guy at West Valley High School. So, when Bee is told that she has been chosen to go to an Alaskan High School for a month to take part in their new music programme she's thrilled, especially since her older brother Blake is going too but for the football programme. Well that is until she finds out a certain Hunter Brown and his pathetically named band is going too.. But as Bee and Hunter are forced to work together she realises maybe, just maybe he's not all he makes out to be...

Everyone had an online boyfriend back in high school, right? You know the one. You weren't sure if you were being groomed, catfished, or if a cute guy in some faraway place was actually attracted to you. At least, that's what Astrid has always told herself. Now 25, Astrid is the Head Archivist at The Athenaeum. She loves her job, tolerates most of her coworkers, and can finally see a future for herself in the life she's made. Her boss, Ben, is a hardass - but they understand each other. Her coworker and friend, Kendra, keeps her sane by taking her clubbing every Friday night. Life is good, and Astrid has zero interest in adding anything or anyone else to her plate. Adam Campbell took over his family's construction business at the age of 18 after the sudden death of his father. He carved out a name for himself by specializing in museums and historical buildings. While researching for a bid for The Athenaeum's new wing, he spots a familiar name on the staff directory. Astrid Blake - the girl who tutored him in history over video calls, sent him a care package when his father first got sick, and broke his heart a month before their high school graduation - all without ever meeting in person. Astrid doesn't feel deserving of love. Adam is chasing ghosts from his past. Whether fate has brought them back together or if they both need to learn how to let go is something they will have to find out for themselves. But now, seven years later, maybe the timing is finally right. **Disclaimer: This book is a work in progress. I will continue tweaking all chapters until I'm satisfied. "Teenage relationships are fake." That's what most people say. They think it's just drama, temporary attraction, and silly heartbreaks. But sometimes... teenage love can be more pure, more intense, and more real than anything else. This story is about that kind of love. In this book, you'll see how different two people can be .. not just in background, but in how they see the world. The girl belongs to a rich family. She's bold, smart, and knows what she wants. The boy comes from a middle-class home. He's calm, simple, and scared of getting into something as confusing as love. Still, destiny brings them together. They're both toppers, both talented, both teenagers. But when it comes to love .. their thoughts don't match. She falls first .. slowly, softly. And he falls later .. but when he does, he falls harder than ever. This story is not about perfect people. It's about real emotions, silent stares, late-night thoughts, innocent fights, handwritten letters, and unspoken promises. It's about teenage love .. raw, messy, honest. You'll laugh with them. You'll cry with them. You'll smile at their small wins and feel your heart ache at their misunderstandings. Because this book isn't just about romance. It's about growing up, falling for someone when you least expect it, and learning that love doesn't care about status, fear, or timing. So welcome to this journey. A journey where she fell first... and he fell harder. A beautiful, imperfect, unforgettable teenage love story.
