City's around water  have started noticing new things in the oceans. Swimmers are now afraid of water and not as many people go to the beach.

The science industries in LA have taken up a special lab just for these new "fish" to see what they look like, their patterns, and other things like that.

Specialist Mark Fichback is given head if this lab. But what will happen when he learns what these things actually are?
