Eren Jaeger, fresh out of college and already got his dream job to be a therapist. He was referred by his sister to one of the best mental institutions of the country, St. Rose Mental Hospital.
It is here he meets a war veteran, who has a long list of mental problems due to the war and his life beforehand. Levi refuses medications, and refuses to talk to anyone about his problems. Eren takes it upon himself to break the first rule: take this case onto a personal level to help someone who doesn't want help.
