Led by an old Mayor Madeleine and haunted by an outcasted Phantom, the town was all but common, yet somehow still plain. That is until a little boy and a young newcomer turn Storybrooke into the place it never was. Les Misérables/Phantom Of The Opera/Once Upon A Time crossover.
