Yoshikage Kira has been defeated, Koichi Hirose has been sent to Italy to investigate one Haruno Shiobana, and Jotaro Kujo is leaving Morioh Town for the last time. However, a previously unknown member of the Joestar family reveals himself and tells of the terrible fate that awaits the world if he fails to finish his father's fight. With Jotaro Kujo aiding this new Joestar, the odds seem to be in their favor, but with Stand users running rampant and the return of a certain enemy from his father's past, can they really do it?
