Bruce Wayne needs help, his company is crazy with work at the movement, and with villains like the Joker and Ridler on the loose, Batman's life is crazy with work. And on top of that he's got young Richard Grayson, a.k.a Robin, to look after. So his life is hectic, and the answer? Get a personal Secretary, who just happens to be a casual babysitter!
  
  Alexis Mercury needs a full time job, just out of college she can't find a job she likes, and earning money by babysitting isn't a future for a girl with a bachelors degree in ancient history and law. Oh, and she has powers, being able to control the elements of the world doesn't get you a job! So Alexis needs a job, and when she sees the advertisement for Bruce Wayne's personal secretary, ( and babysitter to Richard ), it's the perfect position for her.
  
  So when Alexis is hired, and gets to know Bruce and Richard incredibly well, how will she react to finding out that her boss and his son are Batman and Robin? And how will they take it when they find out that she is the new vigilante, Elementum?

And in a sick twist of fate she joins a new team, one brought together to fight her previous mentors, where she wasn't really welcome with her background.
