Jack didn't ask to save the world. He just wanted to run his convenience store in peace. Then he woke up in a wasteland. No town. No neighbors. No Wi-Fi. You're staying with us."** Then comes the worst of them all- **Alexander Marchini**, Lily's uncle and the terrifying Marshal of the strongest base. A giant of a man feared by thousands. He grabs Leaf's sleeve. **"Don't leave."** "I'm leaving." **"No."** "You're the Marshal." **"I can resign."** "You can't." **"Then take me with you."** "..." **"Please, Wifey."** And somehow, the strongest Marshal in the apocalypse becomes the clingiest man in her life. Leaf wanted to remain unnoticed.
