One thousand years ago, Eira died, run through by her father's sword. Yet today, she lives, walking amongst the living, trying to hide a horrible secret .
Eira isn't human. Before they died, she and her siblings drank a potion that turned them immortal. Her siblings became creatures of the night, vampires, with an uncontrollable lust for blood.
But not Eira.
To preserve her soul, a nearby witch blessed her with light magic. Eira is neither vampire nor werewolf, and she isn't a witch, either. She's a faerie, living under a terrible curse-she's tied to a bloodline of humans for all eternity, and she hasn't seen any of her family for centuries. This is the story of Vanessa Cullen. She is 719 years old. She is Best Friends with Stefan Salvatore and Lexi Branson and Klaus Mikealson but is also very close with Damon Salvatore. She is good friends with the Mystic Falls Gang and knows a bunch of people. She was changed into an immortal by her favorite witch Emily Bennett. She was engaged to Stefan Salvatore but Katherine Pierce compelled him without her knowing and when the time came Katherine was carried off by Giuseppe Salvatore and Stefan and Damon raced off to help Katherine and admitted he loved Katherine with Vanessa watching breaking her heart. Two years later she fell in love with Kol Mikealson and he her. She had a very close relationship with the rest of the Mikealsons. She became a full vampire with gifts under the metaphysical category of mental/physical shield, pain illusion, memory manipulation, physical attraction, enhanced strength, mental electrokinesis, strength manipulation,and mental manipulation. She is extremely wanted by the Volturi because she is known as the most powerful vampire in the world. She was fully turned by Niklaus Mikealson because a werewolf attack. She loves the Mikealsons until Mikeal was hunting his children thus making her hate Kol and the rest of the Mikealsons minus Klaus because he came back and saved her. In 1893 she met Carlisle and formed a coven and slowly added members. She absolutely loves her family/coven she started with Carlisle. She has a bit of a temper when it comes to people harming those she loves. What happens when the hot-headed shape-shifter Paul Lahote meets the fiery black haired, gold eyed vampire and imprints on her.
