Frankie's bad day just got worse. And significantly darker. While Chicago is experiencing a blackout, criminals roam freely under the cover of darkness. However, Frankie is more concerned about the damn snow and annoying Christmas songs. That is until she becomes an unwilling witness to a robbery. Which wouldn't be as horrible, if only people believed her about not snatching a particular black book for herself. And if they weren't ready to kill for it.
