This is a story about two skeleton lovers. After they CROSSed paths through a NIGHTMARE. The smaller one had been stuck in an AU called X-Tale, with one person, who doesn't talk much unless they're in a FIGHT. There, the skeleton sat alone, absolutely nothing to do, and no way out. But one day, another skeleton came. He was bigger, and way stronger. The smaller skeleton asked and begged him to set him free, and he did. Only to have him work for him. And the smaller did whatever he wants, mainly because he owes him his life. It's been many years since then, and the smaller skeleton gotten used to everything, and does everything perfect. Undertale: War of The Souls
Many years have passed since the war between the humans and monsters. The humans won, and shut the monsters in a place called the underground. Keeping them there with a magical barrier, it took seven usable souls to shatter the barrier, but being monsters, their souls didn't work. Instead, they had to use human souls to break the barrier, and even then, humans were not likely to fall in. Because the human waste system ends up in the underground, the monsters are informed of what's going on up on the surface, and have developed human-like lifestyles, which included scholarship, friendships and the like, but it seemed, that the monsters were eager to get back on the surface again. Six humans were unlucky enough to fall into the underground, and the leader of the monsters, Asgore Dreemurr killed these humans to use their souls for removing the barrier. Asgore thought that those humans were the only ones that would fall in, but he was wrong. Two more humans fell in, but their souls were lost before Asgore could even use them, and those soulless ghosts were doomed to haunt the underground. Now playing the waiting game, Asgore patiently waited another human to fall, and fall it would. (Sorry! No Muffet or Grillby in this one!)Complete

I recommend looking into it, it's simply amazing to me! Long story short, the "you" mentioned there is Frisk but it was a good description for the AU I found once.
