harrisonville, missouri, 2005. a small town girl, mourning the loss of her fiancé found comfort in that of sam winchester, who was morning the loss of his own girlfriend. that resulted in the birth of elsie-mae rebecca george.

five years later in 2010, victoria george ran into sam again, and although she didn't know it, he was soulless. she told him about elsie-mae, but somehow they had ended up back in bed. this resulted in the conception and birth of david thomas george, but when victoria had called to tell him once davy ha been born, sam had no recollection of their night together, nor his meeting of elsie-mae, and victoria left it at that.
