He's rich, he's the captain of the football team, he's the king of the school. He's your typical Golden Boy; he has the looks, the style, the wealth, the intelligence, the reputation... All the qualities that seem to make EVERY girl just melt. The thing is that Avery's anything BUT typical. She's shy but doesn't take bull shit from anyone, she's super smart but she's not the teachers pet.She has really good grades but doesn't show off; she's funny but serious; and proud but not arrogant. She always looks good according to her which is; sneakers, no makeup, hardly styled hair, ripped jeans and baggy shirts.

He reached for my face with his left hand which was nearest to me, and gently turned it back to face him. The feel of his hands on my face, brought a whole new feeling to me. "Then why?" I held his hand firmly and removed it from my face. "Consider it natural," I said. Sure, immense hatred for someone could be natural. Unconsciously, my eyes moved down to his lips then back to his eyes. "That's not true." "Yes, it is," I said, still whispering, and trying to pay attention to the movie. "No, it isn't." He was being so argumentative. "There's something you're not telling me and I'm not gonna force you but I'm just gonna let you know that if you thought I'd give up on you so easily, you thought wrong, violet." My brows instantly furrowed in confusion and I turned my full attention to him. Is this guy insane? "What are you talking about?" He laughed a little, then relaxed back on the chair. I'm not pretty or the perfect weight or have the nicest things, even though many people would think I did with my dad owning his own business. I've got some problems at home and my sisters pretty dependent on me, but what can I do, other than take it all in my stride? But I'm just me, with some added attitude. So why did the new hot teacher come for me? I'm Scott Myer, just out of uni and got a brand new job. Hopefully this job will keep me straight headed so I can have back the only thing I want from back home. I've started today and already I'm falling back into my old ways, hopefully teaching in the new school can keep me on track for once... karli has recently been accepted to a school that she has always wanted to go and someday to become an author. She gets accepted by the girl that posted the AD and moves in right away. There's only one problem, the other roommate, that happens to be the cousin, of a 'bad boy' type of guy and who actually pays most of the rent comes home and doesn't approve of her.
