I am the former student council president of the most prestigious university, Saint Cordova's University and the constant RANK 1 since my first grade here. Hindi na talaga magbabago 'yon. My goal? This requires a student to have a consistent over-all GPA of 97-99%. Obviously I always get the higher limit..."
