The year is 2019, California has turned to desert after many years of drought. The only city left in the barren state, is a thriving city called Battery City. Battery City is run by a vile man named Course and his fellow draculoids. The Killjoys are a rebellion against the government of Battery City. What will happen when Gerard, leader of The Killjoys, meets Frank, one of Course's favorite Draculoids? Will he terminate Gerard like he's told? Or will he risk everything, even his life, to be able to see Gerard again?
