Battery City is run by a vile man named Course and his fellow draculoids. The Killjoys are a rebellion against the government of Battery City. What will happen when Gerard, leader of The Killjoys, meets Frank, one of Course's favorite Draculoids? Will he terminate Gerard like he's told? He's homeschooled as well, which means he only ever leaves to get groceries. For how little he leaves the house, and how closed off he is, it's quite a wonder how he met Frank. Frank is an extrovert and he kind of lacks boundaries when it comes to making friends. He's curious and speaks his mind constantly, which sometimes gets him into trouble. It must be good for something though, because not many people bother to figure out Gerard.
