A girl named Dawn Juel was just a normal 16 year old girl that liked to dance. She gave up on dancing when she was 14 cause it wasn't going anywhere, until one she seen a video of this guy named Mateo Bowles. She started dancing again at 15. She became very good at it. She lived in Toronto, Ontario Canada with her dad and older brother Jason. Her dream was to move to Detroit, Michigan to get a dancing career. They ended up moving to Detroit but they then moved to Ypsilanti, Michigan where she then saw her uncle Jermaine Dupri. Dawn met a boy in Ypsilanti which is now her boyfriend. Not for long...Jermaine Dupri works with Mateo and Leloo so she meets Mateo and gets to go on tour with his girlfriend and brother and friends including, Kida, Zavier, Taya(Mateos gf), Dee Dee, Heavenly, and Audrey. Things take a twist when Mateo and Dawn get close.

"That was weird, but I can't stop my heart beating ten times faster than it should be. Laying down on the bed I face away from the bathroom door not wanting him to look at me.
