Lei- an orphan, led a painful life among cold, uncaring caretakers. Until she found a strange guardian in The Bo Tree in her Uncle's farm. People said that it was haunted, but that didn't stop Lei from spending her time under it; she even sacrificed herself, protecting it from from the countrymen's fires.
But death wasn't the end for her- for after that she met Nero, one of the most cruel and evil spirits in the spirit world. Then why was it that he came to protect Lei whenever she was in danger? What were these strange feelings Lei had in her heart for this cold, distant ghost? And did he have the same feelings for her?
Notwithstanding, one thing Lei knew- that she would find Nero's heart and set him free, even if that meant letting go of her first love.
