Pet scurried quickly along after the sunset colored dragon, the ground shaking vigorously with every one of the enormous monster's steps. The cave's leaky walls broke the silence every so often. They were hiding from the war, trying to wait it out, but the only problem was that they had made that plan over 8 years ago. Crusher's, the dragon, mood only got worse throughout the years. There used to be others but slowly they left, two of those dragons were their family. Oh Pet could tell the only thing his buddy wanted more than anything else was to see his family's faces just one last time before this world was destroyed by this crazy war.

Suddenly there was a huge roar. I take a step back covering my ears, my head spins, it is so loud I can't hear myself think. I stand at the mouth of the cave that yawns wide open on the side of a cave. Its big, bigger than a mountain lion bigger than a bear. And I am about to walk into it's cave. But I HAVE to find out what it is. What if there IS a dragon? It will eat me for sure. but I keep going, I just need to make sure it doesn't see me. I walk to this opening as the path split in two edging me across the wall. I will be careful, silent, it will never know I was even here. There is a rocky cliff side and a drop. I look up from my thought and my eyes lock with gleaming golden eyes. I freeze every muscle in my body locks and I can't move.
