Val tightened the strap on her bag, to assure nothing would be lost. This would be risky but it was the only way out. Squeezing under the door, the drop was almost immediate. Her body twisted and flipped as she fell to what was possibly either her death or salvation. Val is a zombie alpha, enlisted against her will to serve her dying country in the war on zombies, by crazy psychotic scientists. As she travels from city to city saving the few living people left in the world she soon faces that maybe it isn't the living that need saving but the Dead.
