Hades, the name that struck fear to every man and woman across the realms. Simply knowing such a dark force exists made even the bravest of knights to cower in fear. All had thought being all evil and mighty was the only occupation for the God and king of the underworld; but it wasn't.

He went around in the world above him. He had children, many children. Having to sleeping with hundreds of women throughout his life, he soon grew bored. Except one night, a soul he had slept with while in the underworld was to soon bear his child. He sensed power in this one, out of hundreds of children he finally had one that he could call his own.

He knew better than to raise and bring his child into the underworld. Being born in a world where life was destroyed, the baby would die the second it was born. For being half god and half human. Fearing for it's life, he bent the rules of his own realm and brought the women who carried his child back into the land of the living. All while knowing someday his child would fall into the darkness, embrace it, and him coming back home.

That was over a hundred years ago...and he's still waiting.

Persephone and Hades were excited to have a child of their own. They had wanted nothing more for years now, and finally they would have it. Or so they thought. Demeter despised Hades and wasn't above playing dirty. She went to the goddess of childbirth and pregnancy, Eileithyia, and claimed that Persephone's child would be another one of her father Zeus' bastards. Eileithyia was enraged at the thought of her father being unfaithful to her mother Hera yet again. Demeter convinced her to give the child to a mortal couple to have and raise. Eileithyia agreed and used her abilities to pass the unborn child to a Roman Catholic Italian couple in Manhattan who had been struggling to conceive, to do so she had to make the child 1/3 mortal which was difficult enough given how far along the pregnancy already was. The mortals were excited and the mortal mother was pregnant for an extra month before giving birth to (Y/n) Valentino-Vinci. This is her story of how she learned about her true origins, her magnificent power, and captured the heart of the son of Hermes, Luke Castellan. ⚠️ warnings ⚠️ • violence/fighting • swearing/foul language • sexual scenes • mentions and descriptions of abuse • mentions of SA I will talk about multiple different versions of different Greek myths and stories hence a lot of the trigger warnings as they get very messy and violent. I do not own the Percy Jackson series or have any rights over the characters or plot. This is just for fun and to satisfy my over active imagination.

The man on the throne abruptly stood up, his dark black eyes shining with an untammed flame, one that turned everything into embers. It was obvious that this powerful man did not like those who spoke back, espeically a small human girl like the one in front of him. The human girl felt the anger radiate off the man and started to run towards the entrance she came from, only to suddenly feel arms wrap around her waist, crushing her against a very solid chest. She opened her mouth to yell, but a strong hand covered her mouth. "You are a fiesty little girl." It was evident that the man was smirking in his voice; he was enjoying her fear. "Now, I do not want to punish you so early. So please, be the good girl that you are and be quiet. Not that screaming will do you any good; you are in the Underworld, after all." --- It had been five years after the death of her older sister before nineteen year old Katherine Bakers could even sleep peacefully at night. She had witnessed her own sisters murder, leaving scars beyond compare. She withdrew from her family and became a quiet recluse. But old nightmares come to life when she is knocked out and is taken by a stranger. Only this stranger is a god: Hades, God of the Underworld. Hades is a very dangerous man who rules the Underworld with an iron fist with no immorse for punishments of the wicked. He has a stone-cold heart that feels like ice, as no one has been able unthaw his frozen heart. And he is slowly losing time. A shattered human and the god of the dead; a new take of Persephone and Hades. *to be edited: please excuse any continuity errors and / or mistakes in regards the writing quality of Hades* Ellie is just like every other normal eighteen year old girl in the world, except for one big reason. She's the daughter of Hades. And an immortal goddess in charge of managing suicide in the world. And she's been locked in the darkness of the Underworld for her entire life. So basically, her life couldn't get any more abnormal if she tried. Ellie longs to experience life like everybody else her age, but for as long as she can remember her parents haven't let her travel up to the surface, and she's been forced to imagine the upper world through the stories her mother told and the books she read. Until, one day, her parents finally give in and let her go up to the surface to see the world through her own eyes, and her world explodes with colour. Then, just when she thinks her life couldn't get more exciting, she stumbles across a very particular green-eyed god; one who throws her perfectly organised world into complete chaos and shows her what it means to live in the light. But what Ellie doesn't know, is that the Fates have a prophecy for her. A prophecy that she couldn't escape if she tried. A prophecy that has tangled it's gnarled fingers into the threads of her life, and may just throw the world into the darkness Ellie has spent her whole life trying to escape. "He's the son of Aphrodite, she's the daughter of Hades. He's light, she's the oncoming darkness. He advocates for love, she's the embodiment of death. What could possibly go wrong?" Book #4 in the Bonds of Fate series. "You left me. For 2 years." Killian's voice shook with the force of his emotion. "You chose to leave me." "Leaving was the best thing I ever did. I won't apologise for it." "Now you expect me to give you another chance?" His voice was angry, but he knew in his heart that had already forgiven her. How could he pretend that he wasn't in purgatory the entire time that she was gone? Or that seeing her again, was the first time the world seemed right again? How could he pretend that he didn't love her when all he wanted was to take her in his arms and kiss her senseless? "Just give me a chance to explain, please Killian." Rachel pleaded; it was strange he had never seen her bend so easily to anyone. She was a wildfire that couldn't be tamed, so then why did she look like her flames had been quietened? "Give me one good reason that I should." "Our daughter." *** Rachel is trouble. After her father's death, trouble and misfortune seems to follow her like a dark cloud. The only thing keeping her from falling apart completely is music. Killian is traditional. Though suffocated by his parents, the commendable way they handled their roles as the previous Alpha and Luna has Killian always looking up to them. He wants to fill their shoes, only he feels as though he is crumbling under their pressure. When Killian finds the wild, free-spirited, hurricane in his Soulmate Rachel, he falls deeply for her. His parents on the other hand, do not. When his parents decide that Rachel is not the mate that they want for their son, they threaten to drive the couple apart. These two must challenge tradition, and family if they want their love to survive. But, sometimes you have to lose before you can love. "The greatest music comes from within..."
