A millennia of peace has graced the land of Orion and its people since the fall of the fabled, sunken city of Hammersteel, but now the guardian of the land, Archmage Bruma, foretells of an omen that will surely change the world forever. Heeding the words of the Archmage, those in power clamor to bolster their defenses and close the gates of cities that for so long have welcomed those who passed through. As peace is once again lost, two emissaries of Light and Darkness must ascend to influence the prophecy. Only their actions will determine the true nature of the outcome of the Archmage's omen.
Ilia, the Prophet of Light, and Somaski, the Prophet of Darkness, are bound by destiny and must join together to either bring the prophecy to Light and protect the people of Orion, or leave it shrouded in Darkness and doom those who look to them for salvation.
