Everything is blurry, sounds, smells, thoughts. I feel like I'm floating. Floating in an ocean, but hands are trying to pull me up and down, like I'm the rope in a game of tug a-war, the water the line. Right now the hands pulling me down are winning, but I don't want to go with them. The deeper I go under water, the less I can see, the blurrier everything is. The further the sun is, the darker and colder it gets. Now as I slowly sink down a cold creeps in me, a cold I'm afraid of. A cold that threatens to take me, to eat me, and its already taken a bite.

The water feels ice cold, freezing every bone and cell in my body. I know that there's something I should remember right now, but I just can't find it in me to care.
