Winter Lee lives in a world where powers are not at all uncommon. In fact, it's probably more common for someone to have an ability than not. He never knew his father, but his mother, a woman with no powers of her own. For as long as he could remember all she's wanted was a normal child, and Winter tried his best to be just that. That's why he's always hidden his powers- psychokinesis and the ability to create force fields- from her. That's also why he's always hidden his love for boys from her.

He's managed to force himself through 17 years being as normal as possible, but it becomes a challenge when he meets Jett Pyra, the attractive hot headed new guy at his school. It doesn't help that a new villain has began attacking their town, one with some intense fire controlling powers. Winter tries his best to ignore it but after an encounter when he's out alone one night he doesn't have much of a choice in hiding his powers- or choosing how he uses them.
