He's a serial killer, who takes pleasure in murdering the innocent for no reason at all. This boys name is Jeff. He meets a girl, Ellie Church, who changes how he sees things in life. He finally begins to care about her and manages to cure his insanity completely, until 'Jane' steps in. Contains strong language, violent scenes.
