Maggie Steele lived in the Outer Banks, in North Carolina. Her life was beautiful. Days at the beach, nights in the beach house. Maggie didn't think that her life could be ruined. But when Hurricane Ernesto came to the Outer Banks, her life collapsed. Many people's lives collapsed. Will Maggie, her family, and her friends survive?
    
    This story is inspired by Hurricane Matthew, which is currently happening in Florida. But since I've never been to Florida, I thought that I could write a story about Hurricane Ernesto, which happened at the Outer Banks, my personal favorite vacation spot. I was 1 when I was there right after the Hurricane, in 2006. Bless all of those who are being killed in Hurricane Matthew, were killed by Hurricane Ernesto, and all of the people who were killed in other natural disasters.All Rights Reserved
