Me? Kigatilik? follows a young boy, Kiviok and his twin brother, Aero in an Inuit village north of Whitehorse in Yukon, Canada. Unaware that the two boys were both orphans, they lived in an Inuit community. There, they learned various survival skills as they aged such as tracking, combat, hunting, and navigation via stars. Kiviok was content with this life, hunting with the older men or drumming with the shamans during ceremonies until that all changed on his 17th birthday, where the brothers' lives get turned around.
