NINJAGO FANFIC !! HELLO EVERYONE!! Im not very proud of this fanfic at all- the story like is terrible and the writing isn't that great. If you'd like to check out one that's written better, please click on my profile and read "taking control" !! - I do not own Lego Ninjago, only the plot of this fanfic- Jay and Kai were captured by an evil scientist who wanted to tear them apart, and use their powers against them. Will the others be able to rescue them in time or will they succumb to the scientists evil plans?

Stainburrow (Prologue), de Systis

Steampunk city with a type of regime, fantasy elements and vampires (a lot more like Alucard from Hellsing then this teen drama bullshiet) guy gets pushed into a rebellion by a pupet master like entity. Plus there is a horrific enemy with lots of gore which was inspired by monsters from deadspace. Look i am awful at powerphrasing. just read a couple of chapters (and excuse how bad the first one is, ill have to rewrite that one ;-;) and see if you like it. This now serves as a prologue to my current much larger book (Stainburrow) but it is very separate from it. It also requires a complete re-write. Should information in this conflict with something in that book than Stainburrow should be considered cannon rather than the prologue.

This is my first time writing on Wattpad so please don't judge if this is pretty bad. But basically, the story is about how true love can overcome some of the greatest obstacles in life, including death. See how Kai and Lloyd go through their relationship, even if there are a few bumps along the way. Just like they say, "A path isn't always a straight line." I hope you enjoy reading this and I'll try my best to continue it, but it may be kinda difficult because of school and other things. And when this story is done, I'll probably make a sequel to this one. Enjoy!

Kai feels that if those men and Thorn hadn't showed up at his home, Abby wouldn't be his girlfriend, Chase wouldn't be his best friend, Shintaro wouldn't be an amazing "therapist" (as Chase calls it) to Kai, Linda wouldn't be like a mother to him, Gabriel wouldn't be the funny-in-his-own-antisocial-way friend (he had his own home in the town, so he often visited), and Kai wouldn't be as close to his father has he is now. Kai is actually enjoying his new life in this strange town. The village is "ruled" by a young woman named Ruby, and everyone there adores her for being such a great leader. Kai has only met her once or twice, but she seems very nice. But there is something prickling at the back of Kai's mind, and it unsettles him greatly. Ever since Moon vanished after killing Luke, she hasn't been spotted anywhere. Kai often wonders if she is somewhere far from where they are now, planning her next attack. When a series of strange events start happening around the town, Kai is certain that Moon is back and playing her game with them. In a way, he is right. But there are many things that he is also wrong about. During the midst of it all, Shintaro gets captured, sending Kai down a path of despair and hopelessness. He feels responsible for getting Shintaro back, but he doesn't know what he's up against. Thankfully, his friends don't let him do it by himself. As always, they have his back. And soon, new friends are there behind him, too. The group finds that Moon is behind all of this, but she isn't doing it for herself. She has Shintaro for a certain reason, and the friends are soon to find out what is at stake. The lives of others, including loved ones.
