Alexander (Xander) Jones is just seventeen years old when his entire world is turned upside down. His mother marries a rich man, his fiancé reveals devastating news, and he must leave his home in California and move to Miami, Florida. Xander is just another emo-punk child, looking for happiness in a black world while he and his siblings settle in with their new step-father. They move into an old, beautiful Victorian styled home which holds a dark past. Unknown to the family, there is another presence, desperately trying to attain their attentions and save herself and the suicidal teen she has grown so attached to.
