Summer is here and Elise Draventy plans on sitting in her room all summer, reading, and enjoying the solitude until the day school starts again. However, her mother has other plans. When she gets a call from an old friend inviting Elise to stay with them at their luxurious estate out in Paris, her mother jumps at the chance to get Elise out of the house. Just to shake this summer up a little, Elise reluctantly agrees to go and soon arrives at Stilling Manor where she meets Peter, the handsome, rich, but incredibly cocky, proud and flirtatious heir to the estate. Elise can't possibly imagine spending a whole summer with this clueless boy, who to her is most defiantly a royal pain.
