The Dreadful Demise of Miss Emma Collins

Nothing can dampen good social standing quite like the vengeful ghost of one's deceased sister, however this is precisely the situation Emma Collins is enduring. Worse, the former "Light of London" has turned pariah ever since the man she loved ripped out her heart and stomped all over it with his polished oxfords.

The nightmarish attacks from her long-gone sister, Abigail, are growing more dangerous by the day; though Emma's grandmother is convinced her visions are simply seizures. With this in mind, Grandmother pressures Emma to leave her beloved London and set out into the unknown with a strange, mysterious escort named Mr. Ambrosius, in hopes of finding a cure to Emma's ailment. Unfortunately, this means traveling by sea, a feat that Emma has sworn never to do again.
