Two years have passed since the Deity of Sin had been defeated, and Gamindustri had returned to peace. However the Eastern nation, Lastation, had struggled to regain its shares after the events years prior. Its CPU, Noire, and her younger sister Uni had tried to maintain Lastations position but with no luck. Because of this Noire and Uni, along with their Oracle Kei Jinguji, had practically dropped from the public's eye further causing Lastations decline to the point where crime had taken over the capital city, gangs and other thefts were a common occurrence. Only the Basilicom and its grounds were untouched by the crime syndicates that now ruled much of Lastations capital city.
