Two years have passed since the Deity of Sin had been defeated, and Gamindustri had returned to peace. However the Eastern nation, Lastation, had struggled to regain its shares after the events years prior. Its CPU, Noire, and her younger sister Uni had tried to maintain Lastations position but with no luck. Because of this Noire and Uni, along with their Oracle Kei Jinguji, had practically dropped from the public's eye further causing Lastations decline to the point where crime had taken over the capital city, gangs and other thefts were a common occurrence. Only the Basilicom and its grounds were untouched by the crime syndicates that now ruled much of Lastations capital city.

Nepgear has decided she has had enough of this torture. She wants to find her sister and the three other CPU's, but she can't do it alone. Desperate for aid, she runs as fast as she can towards Lastation's Basilicom, avoiding raiders and hostiles along the way. But what she found inside isn't what she expected to find at all. Introducing my first Original Fanfic of Hyperdimension Nepunia Gamindustri is a world filled with wonder and technology as the four ruling nations of the world compete for video-game supremacy, with their ruling CPU's (Girls endowed with godly power) governing the populace...or at least its meant to be. The Real ruling Nation of the world is ASIC. With great power, technology and semi-corrupt ways of gaming they now govern most of the world. The CPU's did challenge them but lost and were banished long ago. Though New CPU's did come forth, the world is a much different place, the outside world been sucked of its life and light. Years later, ASIC now have near complete control, those willing to fight them shrinking by the day but the new CPU's develop one last ditch effort to turn the tide, the Soul-Ascension program. To create Psuedo CPU's, to fight back against ASIC and free world of its hold before the world corrodes to nothing. Perseus, a 2nd tier Basilicom knight has been waiting for Neptune and her friends especially Nepgear for three years for them to investigate what's happening in Gamindustri Graveyard. Prior to the events, when Perseus was only 5 years old, he was found by Histoire just behind Planeptower and took him in for 5 years and they let Mina, the Oracle of Lowee to take care of him for the next 5 years. He grows up with a sardonic nature due to the fact of Blanc's influence especially when he hears her swear in front of him. Nepgear, Rom and Ram are his only childhood friends especially Nepgear whom he played a lot with, and he also got attached to her, making up a promise with her to become a Basilicom Knight to protect her. As reaching the age of 15, he enters as a Basilicom guard at Planeptune and the top tier Basilicom knight taught him swordmaship until he became a 2nd tier Basilicom knight Throughout the years, when ASIC controls Gamindustri, Perseus helps a lot to keep ASIC from taking over Planeptune with piracy, dealing Linda as she spreads it around Planeptune for years. 3 years later, IF and Compa manage to bring back Nepgear safe and sound while the other CPUs are still held captive with a formidable for guarding them. Histoire insists that they should recover their lost shares before attempting a rescue mission and they should also seek help with the CPU candidates from the other nations.
