You Never Knew

Katelyn Parker was living with her father who was rarely ever home, distancing himself her mother's death. Don't get her wrong, she wasn't poor, sick, lonely, or any of that. In fact she was quite popular in school. When coming back from school, she found an injured dog and decided to take him home. However upon coming home her father is there bringing some bad news and a present, a cat. After a bit of convincing her father agrees to her keeping the dog. Little did Katelyn know that these two animals were harboring deep secrets.
