When Annabeth gets fired from her job as a waitress in New Yorks most expensive restaurant because of accidently spilling a drink on of the food critics daughter, she is told she is fired infront of everyone she works for.

With no job, humiliated, and paying back her parents debts that her parents left her with after they died in an accident. With no way to repay the debts after losing her job she submits her resume to numerous businesses hopeing to get hired but to no avail.

Until she unknowingly runs into the famous billionaire Ashton Black

Exaugsted and mentally drained, not watching where Im going I run into a devilishly handsome man with a coffee on the the way out of Ashton & Co's office building spilling the coffee all over him.

"ahhh Shit, Watch were your going" angrily says the guy

"Oh My God, I am so sorry, are you ok ?" I says looking up

We stare at each other for what seemed like forever, when snapped out of our staring by the sound of a cars horn on the busy street

"Yeah, just burnt" he says

"Like i said before im so sorry Im just really clumsy, just send me the bill and I'll somehow pay it off" I say softly after looking down at his very expensive suit and frowning.

"Nah its ok I can pay for it" he says

"No sir I must pay for it, I did it we'll just have to sort out a payment plan" I say scrounging around in my worn out handbag for a paper and pen

When I find it I write down my phone number and hand it to him

"Here sir thats my phone number so you can get in contact to me about your ruined suit" I say

I stare at him for a bit as he looks at my number, when he doesn't say anything i start to walk away only to be grabbed at my wrist tugging me to a stop

"At least tell me your name before you go" he says

"Annabeth" I softly say

Gently pulling my wrist away from his grip and hastly walk away to my next interview leaving him standing there with a coffee stain on his shirt and pants.
