Rapunzel is in for a ride. Rescued from a locked tower by her prince charming, the romance she had always yearned for is about to come true!

Except the fact that the locked tower wasn't actually locked or even a tower.

And that the prince charming is less of a prince and even less charming. 

And maybe 'Rapunzel' is less of a princess and more of a narcissistic, insane little girl who pretends to act twice her age.

But these are all minor details that can be looked aside!
At least you can feel the romance oozing out of the heart throbbing rendezvous she experiences with the man of her dreams!

... As long as you count solving murder mysteries together, escaping authorities, and having danger follow you at every turn, as the romance every damsel in distress dreams about.

After my parents died one month ago I was sent to my live with aunt and my cousin in small town America. Now, don't get me wrong she's not a witch its someone else who decided to make my life utterly suck making me want to stay in my tower. Until the boy next door comes knocking on my widow which happens to be right across from mine. Can this Prince Charming save me from the tower? Before she can even recover from the shock, she's thrust into a war that she hadn't even known existed. Loyalties will be tested. She'll have to choose sides between all of the people she's come to care about. Will she stand with her family, her new friends, or the two boys who both hold a piece of her heart? One thing is for sure. She'll have to let go of her dream of 'normal.'

This is my take on the idea of a Varian spin-off series of Tangled: The Series/Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. The AU was presented to Disney by storyboarders Kay Ritter and Anna Lencioni who took a liking to Varian's character and decided to create a story for him in his later years; detailing the adventures he might go on and the friends he makes along the way.
