Iris and Clove were the winners of the 74th annual hunger games. So Iris got put through a lot of things she didn't want to do or see or even feel. But the o great President Snow has decided that there will be a quarter quell. Iris got through her last games with Clove by her side, she was the only thing that got her through the hard times. What if Clove didn't get picked, or even worse what if Iris didn't get picked and had to watch Clove die. Last games were child's play, all these people are experienced with the games. They have all been through the trauma. But the trauma hit Iris really hard when she got back home. The only thing keeping her happy was the thought of seeing Clove again and being able to hold her. All right go to Suzanne Collins I only own some of the characters. This is a sequel to my first book (The blood on these hands (Clove Kentwell). I really enjoyed writing the first book and I really hope you enjoyed it too. Well you must've enjoyed it because you are here reading the second one. I hope you enjoy this one even more then the last one. You guys are great :)

Iris and Clove were forced to compete in the 75th annual hunger games quarter quell. They were spilt up when Beetee came up with a plan that would kill the other tributes. But as soon as Iris heard a cannon panic set in as she searched for Clove only to find the wire by itself. In search of Clove a unexpected explosion happened sending Iris flying, darkness overcoming her. She woke up in a hovercraft with loads of people around her that she didn't recognize and didn't answer her questions. So now she is left in the darkness all alone with questions in her head. All right go to Suzanna Collins I only own some of the names. I enjoy writing these for you to enjoy and these books are a way to escape for a second. This book is a second sequel to, We were just Kids (Clove Kentwell) if you enjoyed that book I hope you will enjoy this book just as much or more. She was the girl that had a million thoughts running through her head but had zero guts to say them. She was the girl you don't normally fall for but, then, she became the girl that captured the heart of the guy everyone loved. ---- "Shit, I'm sorry" A deep voice mumbled squatting down to help her up. A rough hand pulled her up and her blurry vision landed on dark eyes. She blinked a few times and her vision came back. Standing in front of her was a boy about her age. A very attractive boy. He was almost a foot taller than her 5'3 height. His black hair was slicked back and his tan skin radiated under the fluorescent school lights. Her mouth was slightly ajar as she stared at him. She hadn't realized how close she was to him until she felt his breath on her lips. She jerked away, grabbed her glasses on the floor and ran away in the opposite direction leaving the boy to furrow his eyebrows at her behavior. However, a small smirk played on his lips as he placed his hands in his jeans pockets and turned in the opposite direction. 'Stupid, Stupid, Stupid' She thought to herself.
