Each lead groups of people infected by a virus, which provides the people powers that mirror those of the Apex animals on the planet: the Wolve's ability to heal, the extraordinary eyesight of the Ravens, the physics-defying Tigers, the resilient and water savvy Orcas, and the super-strength Bears. Despite the new powers that appear to provide prolonged peace to the planet, a sinister character lurks in the background plotting their own mysterious and nefarious goals: The Scientist. An unlikely hero, along with the friends he meets during his quest to discover his identity, will themselves to complete the impossible task of stopping the Scientist and all that the Scientist schemes. But are they simply subjects in the Scientist's experiment? Mature content includes some violence.

Many specific forsaken individuals who have connections with this man, some private military commanders, some teenage girls and others, gods trapped in human form. Whoever they are, or what they're stories are, while they all deal with their own demons, all of them travel their own journeys to find their ultimate purpose in life and prepare for the penultimate judgement day of their multiverse.
