Kwon Eun-bi, an eighteen year old, is a mermaid. Her parents lived in the Yellow Sea, but when her mother was pregnant, they moved to Seoul. Her mother gave birth to her and named her Eun-bi, aka, Silver Rain. 

Eunbi was raised by her parents for 5 years, but then they left, because the King of the Yellow Sea, Neptune, was angry at her parents for leaving the Yellow Sea without permission. So, Eunbi grew up with 2 best friends, Hye Rin and Choi Mina, that are also mermaids. Rin and Mina are 3 years older than Eunbi, but they all act as if their the same age. The three moved to Jeju island when Mina and Rin turned 19.

Eunbi is a Senior in high school. Her high school is a small one, it contains 350 students. Eunbi is considered "pretty", a "goddess", a "beauty", and an "Angel". Eunbi is gaining her mermaid powers and it is getting harder for her to keep her secret. But there is a boy that loves to tease Eunbi, Chanyeol. Chanyeol is considered "handsome", a "playboy", a "kingka", and "a lady's man". Eunbi tries her best to ignore Chanyeol and keep her secret. But what'll happen if Eunbi falls for Chanyeol? Merpeople aren't allowed to be with humans. What'll happen if Chanyeol is not human and no one knows, not even himself?!
