1943, The American army has finally received the go ahead with Project Rebirth. Recruits have been organised and placed under the authority of Col. Philips, Dr. Erskine, Agent Carter and Maj. Moore.

Major Moore has acquired an extensive and impressive skillset over a period of time. Despite being an Irish woman, no man can deny her abilities. She becomes a source of intrigue as her colleagues and friends try to piece together her full story away from the battle field. 

Through the war, her past, present and future unravels.
