Adeline Mikelle. Your typical 16 year old girl? Her life has been filled with so many problems. Then again problems have also filled the lives of the other 7.4 billion people in the world. She is ready to be free. She wants a life she can call her own. She wants to find her destiny, live by Faith and Fate. However, Fate has other plans. *** "Adeline! Come down stairs. We have visitors!" My aunt Emily called. I looked over at the clock. It is 9:22 at night. Who could possibly be visiting this late on a Sunday night? I threw on my sweater and headed down to the main floor. "I know. They haven't exactly been experiencing anything yet. I guess they are late bloomers." I heard my aunts muffled voice. "I bet they aren't even blessed. They should have been gifted by this point." I heard a male voice say. "Well it is hard to tell. Like Emily said they could be late bloomers. However, at this point we don't have a choice we need all the help we can get!" An older gruff male voice spat. I made my way down the stairs. I was shocked by the sight. A large group of people stood in the foyer of my house. What the hell is going on? "Great now everyone is here. Lets get started." My aunt Emily said. "Started with what?" I asked out of genuine curiosity. "This is going to be fun!" A sarcastic voice said. It was the same male voice from before. I locked eyes with him. I felt as if I was being pulled under water. I was on land, but somehow drowning. Captured by two perfect orbs as they pulled me into the deepest part of the ocean. I don't know what is going to happen, but from that point on I fell hopelessly captive into a world I could never have imagined even in my wildest of dreams.

"Are you an angel?" Virgo asked cautiously. The white headed girl looked back at Virgo and her brother. "Angels don't exist. The sooner you accept that, the easier it gets." "Then who are you?" Virgo asked, following her some more. The white headed girl had a twinge if sympathy in her eyes. "Names have power, kid. It's best you don't know mine." "Then what are you?" Virgo demanded, sick of this girls games. Her brother held onto her arm. "Most kids know us now as the monster under the bed. The demon willing to drag you to the pits of hell," the girl explained. "But there are no such things as demons and angels. Life isn't that black and white." ------------- There is a town where children are snatched from their beds in the night. There is a town where mothers fear their children are next to go. There is a town where windows and doors remained lock in fear of what may come through them in the dead of night, when nobody is a awake, when nobody will hear a scream. There is a place where monsters and saviors of fairy tales lurk. Where they live and thrive. Where there are lonely sirens, angry fae, and annoying pixies. Such place does exist, I promise, but only if you know where to look. Two children kidnapped in the dead of night. A rein of evil over the land. Twelve people who cannot stop arguing in the midst of it all. Folklore Forest is about to be overrun by a whole new crazy.
