Milla Travis is beginning her senior year at Cedar Falls High School. So far her life seems to be going well. She's smart, beautiful, college-bound, and has three great friends. One evening, Milla encounters a stranger who takes a sudden interest in her and is suddenly everywhere she goes. Then, a mysterious new boy moves in next door who seems to know a lot about her past. Milla's life takes a turn for the worst when her hidden secrets begins to surface, and everything begins spiraling out of control . Someone is trying to kill her and they seem to be getting closer and closer to succeeding. Milla scrambles to put the pieces together while trying to protect the ones she cares about. Soon, it gets harder and harder to trust anyone as she searches to answer the ultimate question. Who could possibly want her dead?

The School Escape
It was a normal day, until we heard those static noises. The next thing you know everyone is running out the classrooms. I can hear students screaming and running. When I step out I see bodies all over the floor. My old friends covered with blood, like a red blanket covering them. Follow as a group of students try to escape this hell. Their past catches up to them. They have to face reality and stop trying to hide the past. What they didn't expect was for the past to catch up so quickly. As a child you always fear the monster under your bed or in your closet. Maybe you watched a scary movie or were told a horror story to make you believe something was under there. You jump onto your bed and jerk your limbs away from the edge or always shut your closet door. Then you hide under the covers in hopes that they don't get to you. As you grow older you realize the invisible monster under your bed is just that, invisible. Its not that they don't exist, it's just that you don't see them. You write off the bumps in the night as the wind or shifting floorboards but they're lies. Little white lies you tell yourself so you can sleep at night. Well I'm here to tell you that whatever is causing those bumps is very real. In my case, the source doesn't hide in my closet but rather under my bed. And he's determined to drag me right there with him. Can you be friends with the monster under your bed? ** "Ask me Aria," he rasped.
