Elizabeth (Ellie) Dixon is a British-born girl who moved to Gotham to work for Penguin after being caught up in a child experimentation incident but she was snatched by Oswald Cobblepot, initially saving her. Penguin sends her to do his bidding as many have failed before her. This time she has to get the infamous Clown Prince of Crime (The Joker) out of Arkham Asylum and team up to defeat The Dark Knight himself, Batman. But will Penguin prove to still be a worthy ally to Ellie once The Joker is thrown into the mix?

Involves many twists and turns along the way, causing old enemies to join alliances and unlikely bonds to be made.
