Cleora Bayley is powerful.
  During her mortal days she was a witch,a very powerful witch but nonetheless she was kidnapped and turned into a vampire by some mad scientist that she still doesn't know the name of.
  After escaping hundreds of years later,after enjuring unbelievable torture,she escapes only to realise that her mind has become broken beyond repair.
  So with that she started her killing spree,becoming known as Steampunk.
  She kills supernaturals and humans alike.
