Chance thinks of himself as small. He's short, quiet and often blends into his surroundings. After his heart is broken over himself being unattractive to his ex, he feels low, low, low (not as low as he ever was, but that's a different part of his life). After he finds the girl who haunts his dreams and sketchbook in the flesh, he falls hard for her.
Meanwhile, horrific things are happening in town. The new band of friends watch on in disgust occassionally, but believe that their lifes will continue unchanged. But when they find themselves as targets, it comes full circle in one terrifying night... will it bring them closer together or tear them apart?

She thought she was already safe, but another chaos awaits her in the outside world. Every fiber of her body beg for her to give up. But this doesn't mean her life was full of misery. While she hides herself from the darkness, she founds light.
