Actually A Boy

Tyler Joseph is a 18-year-old boy who get's forced to dress like a girl by his mentally ill mother, which is why everyone at school thinks Tyler is a girl. Josh Dun, who also thinks Tyler is a girl, is the same age and visits the same high school. Tyler, who is referred to as Taylor in highschool, isn't comfortable with this and starts acting strange. Soon enough Josh notices Tyler's behaviour and tries to help her.
